Cascadia Tower

Paying homage to classic landmarks around the city, such Mount Rainier and the U.S. Bank Centre; the Cascadia Tower blends into the Seattle skyline seamlessly while keeping its modern flare.

Cascadia is not just a skyscraper. It is a culmination of the greatest icons and concepts ever to grace the city of Seattle while not distracting from its other treasures such as the Space Needle. Any new skyscraper of this size needs to respect the city for what it is. Building an ultra modern monolith like the Gensler firm's "ice pick " concept would currently distract from the city's beauty.

I designed Cascadia as the sites respectful alternative. With ridges and a peak, the tower's rugged, pinnacle design is influenced by the Cascade mountain range surrounding it. Rising up over 1,300 feet at its maximum, Cascadia would be the tallest & most beautiful tower in the Pacific Northwest.
